Analysis Paralysis, the Silent Killer
My Definition of Analysis Paralysis : - Knowing that you want to do something to change yourself for the better, but not knowing what that thing is or how to accomplish it. This uncertainty leads you into a cycle of procrastination and little to no action actually taken. Currently I am in the process of working out of a phase of my life. I am going to call this phase analysis paralysis. This phase started around my Senior year of college when it finally set in that I was going to have to join the real world and get a big boy job. Before this phase started, I would say that 90% of my mental energy was spent on being a great student athlete and thinking about how I could maximize the fun I was having each semester. Now, with the thought of being a real person in mind, something clicked. I wanted more. More out of my life. I have seen many, many people take the same path.
